I usually put it up around midnight GMT. It may seem early to you in California (and even earlier to macmaui and haikuman in Hawaii) but it's very late to our members in Australia, NZ and East Asia.

Since you two both designed a logo for today, I have a different one up on each skin & will switch 'em halfway through the day so everyone gets a chance to appreciate them both.

I received a PM asking about Groundhog day - Here's the story.
"Groundhog" is an informal name for the woodchuck, a large (up to 80 cm nose to tail) North American rodent which lives at the borders of woodland and meadow, eats grass and tender shoots during the warm season and hibernates in wintertime.
The legend of groundhog day was apparently started by early European settlers in Pennsylvania. The legend claims that the groundhog pokes his nose out of his burrow every February 2nd to have a look around. If he sees his shadow, (sunny day) he goes back to his burrow to sleep for 6 more weeks while winter continues unabated. If he doesn't see his shadow (cloudy day) there will be an early spring that year.
No one takes the groundhog's prediction seriously, but it's an amusing story that has not yet been entirely spoilt by the yearly media hype from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania (yes a real place, with a real groundhog who is prodded awake every year to face the news cameras)
