The Very First Tech Service Call

For anyone that has been involved with Tech Service, either as a provider or a user, this video is a "must".

http://wimp.com/techsupport/

The dialogue is in some Scandinavian language but there are subtitles. It only runs about 3 minutes but you WILL want to rerun it to catch all the subtleties.

I believe that this should also be appreciated by anyone that has served as a Moderator in a technically oriented online Forum. Show of hands, please. :hi:
What is past is prolog.

This should be a nice eye-opener when I show it to some of my colleagues!

The Very First Tech Service Call

This is so classic. I think there's a slightly longer version knocking around though... there's a line at the end. As the support guy is walking out the door, the clueless guys mutters that he still thinks scrolls are better. :p
I wonder if I can get a protein named after myself...

I know its an old thread but - I love it!
Some see things as they are and ask why, I see things that have not been and ask why not?
